Despite being somewhat contradictory to one of my previous posts( it was when it was still called dragon warrior), I belive Nob Ogasawara's translations were the 'happy medium' as far as being faithful to the original and still being simple enough to appeal internationaly- update the names and it's good to go!

I believe so, he's also done pokemon.
