I would agree as long as you're saying best console RTS... I love Halo, and I love RTS games, and I can say for a certainty that it still can't match a good PC/RTS - through no fault of it's own. It's very well done.

I like to annoy people and troll in forums. Did I mention that I can't accept a good game, which is not on the PC ?

Actually I don't accept many modern PC games as goodgames either. Please fail more.
