He says "I have put the case on here in the past that the Wii could be a bubble that will inevitably burst. So I thought it only fair to give voice to the opposite arguments."
So I don't think he is saying this as what he epects. He is just presenting the counter arguments to his actual view, which is that the Wii bubble will burst soon.
