Hello everyone,
I am helping a friend of mine with getting a new PC, and I want to help him get the most for his money compared to what he wants.
The budget is around 10.000 DKKR or around 1700$ with the current exchange rate, and he wants it for all round use, games not being a high priority, but he still wants to be able to play the newest games. He also wants it to be quiet, though its more important with high performance.
I am thinking of a Core i7 920, 4 GB RAM (DDR3, I know) and a GTX285 for the GPU. I don't know much about PSUs and mobos though.
He wants the computer bought as a whole in Denmark, so this will only be for advice only, unless someone knows a danish site where you can build your own computer, like on Alienware.
So, summed up, this is what I would like help with:
- Advice on PSU
- Advice on mobo
- Advice on RAM speed
