She could be younger and he could be older, nothing wrong with that, and its not like they're having sex or anything, all she does is bake him cakes.
Actually that reminds me of a comic where Mario keeps saving Peach and she makes some comments that make him think she's finally going to put out, and instead it turns out that she made him a different flavored cake, then at the end she's wondering why he's never tried to have sex with her.
