I genuinely think 360 graphics look more realistic than PS3 graphics

IMO, the other way around. The 360 offers cleaner (and sharper) graphics, the PS3 has blurred graphics... which show more grit. Also, if you want grit, ask your pal to download the KZ2 demo or buy the game. Lots of grit there.
