Sorry, that makes no sense. Just because Wii is the top selling console LTD doesn't mean it can't be the lowest selling console in any particular week.
The question was "Can the 360 outsell the Wii in Japan for the week ending 2/21", to which Maynard replied "I think it's gonna do it. Probably two weeks in a row, you never know". How does PS3 being top seller that week forbid this admittedly unlikely possibility?
