Yeah. MS published ME and still retains rights as the publisher, though ME is in the EA stable now. Shoot, EA has to ask MS to publish ME on the PC. Google it - and you'll see that EA and MS 'struck an agreement' to let EA publish future ME titles.
Trust me, that agreement MS struck means ME won't be on the PS3 for a long, long time, if ever. I am thinking when the contract involving publishing rights expires, but even then, it will be a very, very old game - maybe a few customers, but not a lot.
