Honestly I stopped wondering about stuff like this a while ago, because my Wii doesn't entertain me with Nintendo announcements; it entertains me with Nintendo games. They fall out of the sky and then all is well, whether I expect them or not.

Wii hasn't had an F-Zero, a Kirby, a Star Fox, a Pikmin, a Punch-Out!, a Kid Icarus, a Nintendogs, or a Zelda that was built entirely from the ground up for the Wii.

Nintendo only needs a Wii Sports sequel and maybe 2 of those listed above to dominate. But they might try a new IP and something crazy and new that we'd never expect, like a Wii Fit or a Wii Music. I think we'll all be more than satisfied this year.
