Well of course. It doesn't have Ness as a playable character, so the game isn't even on the same level as SSBB.
EDIT: While I play as almost everyone in Brawl, I primarily main Ness and Dedede. Do you seriously main as Ness? I've never met/played anyone who has. =\
Ness is just way too versatile and amazing IMO. I love how his movements and attacks are always just a bit unpredictable. That and I love his down A in the air. :P
