I am not qualified to speak on these matters, but the funds going to citizens will be spent and provide temporary relief. What Barry needs to do is ask Clinton's team what they did to get the U.S. back on track when he first took office.
I love reading comments about how folks say they won't spend it or boycott it. Fine. Give the other willing victims their share.
