The problem with 3rd parties is that thy dont know yet what to do with Wiis conrols. Or maybe they havent had the time to think that. The real interest in Wii (for developers) has been since E3 -06. 3rd parties still have the projects for other consoles, so they need to finish them and they also want money from Wiis success. So its either fast money from shitty games or make a bigger project and lose the opportunity to make money when there is not much competition. We will see big projects on Wii, after developers are finished the curren big projects. And how do you count a big project? By the amount of money invested? Then we possibly wont see big projects on Wii, maybe two smaller, which each with the same gameplay value than on one big project on 360 or PS3. Sonic statement about how bad it was, wasnt very good when comparing it to other 7G consoles Sonic. If it were crappy, other Sonics were more crappier. If Sega isnt focusing on Wii, Sega is focusing even less to Wiis competitors. Thats the point. Nintendo had a lowsy 3rd party support on GC, while Sony had the best. So, everything towards Nintendo is winning for them. Every console, which is most popular of its gen, gets the crappiest 3rd party titles, but also the best. Its a situation of win and lose. PS2 had really nothing when it was released. Or PSX. Or 360. Or PS3.
