1) Team Fortress (original one from Quakeworld)
2) Deus Ex (the very first one)
3) Unreal Tournament (the very first one)
4) System Shock 2
5) Half Life / Half Life Opposing Force (didnt like sequels though)
Hm, it looks like it's only SS2 which made sequel better than one's original from my perspective
