I think the title was very misleading...
But no I do not think either is considered a flop. R2 it is hard to tell and it is disappointing that some are judging by one week of sales. Also I have yet to see an ad for the game outside of a gaming sight. Fallout 3 ads were on TV for a long time on many different channels. R3 may be a game that they are looking more for legs than a huge initial sell though.
