I'm going to say no. I love my DS, but I haven't bought a game since Animal Crossing -- but not because there aren't good games!
If anything, there are too many good games. And I'm too poor to keep up.
When I have extra fifties of dollars kicking around, I usually buy a console game, so my poor DS just keeps getting neglected.
