personally i think that blueray and hd-dvd is failing cause of the prices yes a few very few people bought them but there are major stuff out for both formats thsi format if supports regualr dvd it will take off. just cause its cheap and it plays normal dvd with an added bonus. now if you thinka bout it upconvert hd players are now saling pretty decent compared to BD and hd-dvd. this could easily be the format that everything will be at in the next few years. sorry fanboys no one really cares to see a movie in blueray or hd dvd cause of the movie prices when you can get the same quality in regular dvd. which is pretty good. i mean look at heroes season one on dvd is $39 dolllars on HD-DVD its $99 what one you think people are gonna buy? people already has alot of disney dvd's they wont go out and get the blueray just to get the few extra features and the small amount of video clarity that its touting to have. and besides people is still working on changing over from vhs to dvd. why would they want to change again so soon?
