They have a huge stock of 80 gigs. Regardless, i wasn't trying to suggest any trends or anything, just offering advice to those planning on buying a PS3. If you were gettin someone a PS3 for X-mas that might be the perfect place to pick one up.
Most likely it's just the systems have been sitting aroun forever and they want to get rid of em. The FYE's around me always have a lot of PS3s.
Of course i don't think that has so much to do with the PS3 selling bad as it does that both FYE's are surrounded by gamestops and toy stores. Most likely this holds true for most FYE's.
Like seriously, since both are in malls. My one mall has a Gamestop, and a Second gamestop... and then in the same shopping center/block there is a third Gamestop. With a Toys R Us across the street.
While the other mall with FYE has a gamestop inside the store, a gamestop across the street... and a gamestop two lights down inside a shopping center.
Apparently around me Video Games > Coffee since we don't have nearly that many starbucks. The only franchise remotley close is Subway.
That's not even counting general electronic stores like Circuit City and Best Buy.
