Look, the reason DR look the way it does on the wii is because Capcom doesn't know if it can sell at high numbers so the smart thing for them (they think) is to port it with low production cost. They want to protect themselves if it fails. This is also the reason they went with the engine from RE4 because they see that ppl like that. Its safe and a sure thing.

I think that if they put more time and money to it, DR could sell very well, like RE4. RE4 looks good so players enjoy it with the new controls. I also think that they shouldn't use the RE4 engine because its easier to just walk and shoot and move the screen with the IR cursor.

Any proof this is the reason? Not circumstantial assumptions. I mean actual hard evidence this is what Capcom decided?

Unless someone presents something hard, your words on this are nothing.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
