Sure it'd be a fun game. I'd prolly get it... but how many people would?

How many Tatsunkoko fans are there in the US?

 

They may still buy it for the Street Fighter characters.  They may buy it cause of viewtiful joe.  Or even ppl that like Vs style games  ;)

If it's a fun game, why wouldn't ppl buy it?  BTW, is there online?
