Well, considering the way Final Fantasies have been since XI I wouldn't consider not having FF in the title an "issue".

It's a pity reviewers dont see it that way. They dont review for RPG fans. But I agree with you. Even 10 wasnt amazing. Some people praise but give me FF6,7,9 or even 2 over 10 any day.

 

Give me 10 over all the other ones any day... maybe not over 6... in that case, it's pretty mcuh a draw!
