Never. Brett said that after he won the lottery we would leave this site and he recently got an email from a nice gentleman in Somalia who won the California State Lottery but needed a go between because Somalian citizens are not allowed to win the California State Lottery. Brett deposited 1000 British Pounds into the Somalian citizen's account and took a plane to California to claim his winnings from the California State Lottery.
