Guys, this game was released already in the US and Nintendo did not have a problem with licensing back then so why would they have a problem now?

Godot, parodies are your own work. Someone else may do an entirely different parody. Weird Al made a lot of money off parodies, especially from Micheal Jackson's songs. All he did was ask the singer, in this case Micheal Jackson, for his permission.
