I am assuming you are talking about the one with the Epic Chick Fight Between the FF Girls(Tifa, Yuna, Rikku,etc) vs the DOA girls. The video is called "Dead Fantasy II" , the sequel to "Dead Fantasy I". They were created by Monty Oum, an underground animator who is also well known for the Haloid videos(Master Chief vs. Samus).

The Dead Fantasy series is his most popular one, for good reason. The battles are epic and perfectly choreographed, actual game developers/movie directors could take some notes on how a battle scene SHOULD be from this guy.
