I think it's too early to call..
All I know is that both games will average above 80 but most likely above 85 on metacritic and that I can't wait to get my hands on them both.
MadWorld will have a slightly better single player experience - (I really think The Conduit will shine here but MadWorld only has single player), but The Conduit will have much more replayability with Online Multiplayer.
