It definately has the ability to and Sega can really market a game well - I don't know what that guy that says they can't is talking about.. Or maybe they advertise in Australia and no where else :P
If it's marketed well, and it is a game that gets above 85 on metacritic (which means it'll get good word of mouth) then it can top 2 Million.
I think the worst case scenario is about 1.1 Million, just edging out Red Steel.
