What are the toughest, scariest monsters/bosses in video games?

The movie unfortunately is crap and deviates rather heavily from the source material. If it's on cable and you have some time to waste, then check it out, otherwise don't pay to see it in any way shape or form. Not as bad as House of the dead atleast.
