No, he rounded to the nearest integer, which lowers accuracy but makes sense.  You provided hundredths of a day, and were off by .07 weeks. 

So he was right and you were wrong. 

As the inventor of rounding to the nearest 1/4 integer I find your post intellectually dishonest.
