I don't think we ever doubted Dead Space Wii's visual quality, given that the original looked like Metroid Prime 3 with better textures and shaders (imo)
Chop the poly count a little lower, and you could release the game on Wii as-is, i think. Maybe change the physics engine, but that's something that's less about quality and just about how the physics are processed (similar results, but processed in a way that is not realistic)
