We know of a few:

The Conduit
EA Sports Tennis
Red Steel 2
Tiger Woods 10 (hinted at but not confirmed)

I expect Nintendo to make a big deal out of WM+ games coming out at E3

Others that you can expect: Mario Party 9, Rayman Rabbids 4, Warioware, other sport games, other party games.   I question how well Nintendo will support it itself though, because as of yet their barely supported their own balance board.

Let me fix that for you: underlined the ones you missed ;)

Wii Sports Resort

The Conduit

Red Steel 2

Grand Slam Tennis

Virtua Tennis 2009

Tiger Woods PGA Tour '10

As to whether I think many will support it - I think 80% of titles that are directed to core owners will require it by mid to late 2010. There will be an EXPLOSION of Wii MotionPlus games at E3 this year and I'm sure Nintendo will want to show case all of them so expect to see a lot of them at E3 and not many that don't use it.

It'll be pushed HARD by Nintendo with Wii Sports Resort easily reaching 10 Million in sales by years end 2009. The you'll have the stand alone peripheral that'll sell in large numbers and perhaps other games could come bundled with it.. Only Nintendo knows what's going on.

It'll be nothing like the balance board - This will be Wii Remote 2 and i'd be shocked if more than half of Nintendo games weren't using it at least as an option by the end of 2009
