EIDOS accepts Square-Enix offer?

This little blurb is coming from BBC News…

Lara Croft firm agrees takeover: A Japanese computer games maker has agreed to buy Eidos, the UK company behind the Tomb Raider and Championship Manager games, for £84.3m ($120m).

I am still waiting for an official statement, but it looks like this might be a done deal already!
