As much as I love Snake i'm going to have to go with Master Chief. Why might you ask? Well it's quite easy. They are both similarly trained. Snake even with CQC wouldn't be able to take down chief because he's too large, weighs too much and has too much armor. Second of all, Chief is much older and and still stronger than Snake in his prime. Third of All, Chief has state of the art stealth technology and the guy exists in a time where centuries beyond Snake (Around the 2500's) so think of all the training techniques they would've figured out and trained him with by then. The guy is also a genetic freak. I could go on and on and on as much as I love Snake as a character, to vote for him over Chief is stupidity.
