This is complete BS made by someone that knows very little about technology. In fact, he ripped it from a site about the PS3 secrets and changed some numbers around.
2GB of combined system memory for the PS4? Please, that is how much VRam it should have.

That would be nice if we were in 2005. Modern GPUs use stream processors with programmable shaders.
