If this game runs at 60 fps constantly, then yes: SO4 > FFXIII. Did you see that lag in the FFXIII trailer?

Being that this game is weeks from release and that it's the IU engine. I'm sure the framerate will good but definetely not 60 FPS. I'm it'll be 30 FPS but the framerate will dip.

And I'm sure with the months of dev time that FF 13 has left, they can (and will) spurce up the game. No one polishes games like Square does to Final Fantasy.
