I think the final AU will be easy compared to the parts of the game leading up to it. My first time through, I thought it was easy by comparison to the rest. Unless they've upgraded its attack patterns or something, but the trend seems to just be more boss health and more damage to Samus. I don't think I ever went above 1/3 of the corruption meter at the end.
