By the time I got to MP3 I was quite tired of the series and didnt enjoy it a 100th as much as Prime even though it had much better controls. Can't really say which I would have preferred if they came out at exactly the same time with both having Wii controls.
Prime 2 was definitely by far the worst of the bunch. That dark world nonsense was one of the most annoying things I have come across in gaming (along with Spring Mario from Galaxy).
