1.)Weave of Soft bacon
2.)cover in your favorite BBQ seasoning
3.)then cover that in a layer of ground sausage
4.)covered in a layer of crispy bacon
5.)now sprinkle another layer of your favorite BBQ seasoning
6.)now put some of your favorite BBQ sauce and put it on top of the crispy bacon.
7.)Grab hold of the layer of ground sausage from both ends and wrap it around the layer of crispy bacon.
8.)Wrap the soft bacon weave around the already rolled sausage + bacon
9.)Sprinkle some more of your favorite BBQ seasoning
10.)Put that bad boy in the Smoker
11.)When done put more of your favorite BBQ sauce on the finished product.
