I own only a Wii currently. I figure at some point I will pick up a 360 or a PS3. I have not as of yet as one is too pricey and the other has hardware issues.
If I had to choose today I would probably pick a 360 as I am wanting to replace PC gaming with a console and things like RTS are a big bonus for me. Then again with mouse and keyboard support on the PS3 if they get some RTS type games I think they would be a better choice for me. Most of the other titles that I am interested in are on both consoles.
