1up user reviews rated T4 an A too.

 

Its bullshit, alot of games on MC if you scroll down you will see G4TV's rating either as the worst review or nearly the worst for alot of games.

Games like RRRTVP actualy scored well but thats a rare example. Its funny how they can forgive Mirrors Edge and give it an 80, but Mushroom men and T4 get screwed.

I say petition MC to remove G4 from the site due to biased reviews.

Do I need to keep going?

The problem is not historic -- it is recent.

If you look at the cumulative scores on Metacritic, Xplay rates games for all three consoles lower than the average, with similar deviation patterns.

However, recently, as in since the new daily format was put into place, there has been an increasing bias against the Wii (and for the Xbox 360).

My favorite incidents: The day after the No More Heroes Sequel was announced -- and pretty much confirmed coming to the Wii -- the hosts talked about its announcements, said console was unknown, and talked about how the game didn't fit on the Wii. Or right after reviewing (and rightfully trashing) the PS3/Xbox 360 version of Shaun White, running a piece on Wii Balance Board games they'd like to see (humor attempt) because there were no games coming out for it -- without ever reviewing the Wii version of Shaun White.

So, given the logarithmic scoring system Xplay uses, if they had said Rygar was 2 stars and Tenchu 3 stars, I would not have had much of a problem. For them, 2 stars was supposed to be medicore -- and that is what it seems Rygar is. For them, 3 stars is a meh -- and if anything the other scores show Tenchu to be at least that, if not pretty good. (1 star used to be unplayable or pure drek.

I stopped watching Xplay at the beginning of the year. I could not take it anymore. Too many things that I did not care about and too much seemingly biased information on that I did care about.
