Well, I would say there are likely to be flames in this thread, but not because the OP is "flamebait". He really didn't say anything inflammatory.
I think the PS3 is priced too high and lacks enough exclusive great games to overtake the 360. I think now that the PS3 has had a $100 price drop compared to the 360's paltry price drops, and the 360 had the widely publicized RROD issue, the fact that PS3 sales are still behind the 360's sales makes me think that it's very unlikely that Sony will ever make it out of last place. The fact is, the only time PS3 sales have ever exceeded 360 sales was the European launch and just after the PS3 price drop, before the 360's smaller price drop. MS is simply in a much better position.
