Nice list, good research.
By end of Gen I'd say:
1. Call of Duty - Yearly releases with Modern Warfare 2 being the best selling in the whole series.
2. Halo - They will make a Halo 4 even though 3 was supposed to be the end. Halo Wars and OSDT will help sales.
3. Gears of War - The third one should sell another 5-6 million.
4. Tom Clancy - Another Rainbow Six, another Ghost Recon, HAWX, Conviction all still to come which should all sell well except maybe HAWX.
5. Madden - Yearly releases which should all sell 2 million or more. It will pass Guitar Hero on the list.
