Fallout 3 dev says Wii is a toy (but Bethesda making medieval Wii games?)

If that was entirely true why did Bethesda even bother making a console version of Fallout 3 when the game could have (does) look so much better on the PC and can have such a better draw distance?

Now, making a large game for the Wii may not be on the horizon for Bethesda but I doubt it is because of some sort of ideological opposition to what the Wii offers or a technical limitation of the Wii ...

 

 

Because the 360 and PS3 can offer an experience much closer to the PC. Doesn't have to be perfect.
