You don't need a masters. Just get experience. Don't be afraid to take a job or the pay of something that you think is below you. Use it to learn and show what a good job you can do then work your way up or use it to get a better job at some other place. And don't be afraid to ask for more responsibility at work without asking for any type of compensation. Learn what you can while you are still young. You can't expect to find the job you want right away when you finish school. But the jobs you do find you can use to help you get the dream job when you do find it.
You don't go to school to get a job, you go to school to be prepared to take advantage of circumstances when they arise.
