As far as I know..
-Story Revamp: Cyrus(Team Galactic Leader) is comparable to Hitler
-Rematches with Gym Leaders
-Faster Battling, Diamond and Pearl(battle wise) were sluggish in comparsion
-Battle Frontier(like Emerald)
-Battle Recorder, record battles and share them online
-novel but.. a level 100 Magikarp is now catchable
-Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres are now
-Several new move tutors, pretty much every flying type can now learn Heat Wave(Move stronger than Flamethrower, weaker than Fire Blast)
Among others.
Pixel Art can be fun.
