I am quite intrigued by that guided missile. They've been done before (007: Nightfire, i think?), but those were a bitch to control. If it's smooth, it could make for unsurpassed excellence.

i remember the fly by rocket wire in perfect dark on the n64, that was pretty fun  to control. But the one in the conduit looks simple enough to control, it looks like you just fire it and point the wiimote in the direction you want it to go in. I think there was a part in the trailer in the sewers where he got the rocket to go round the corner to hit the enemy... that would be soo cool in multiplayer

The one in Perfect Dark, and also one in Agent Under Fire (only in the 1 player aspect) was a rocket you fly using a camera following/on the rocket.

The missile launcher in The World is Not Enough (N64) however had the same method as this in The Conduit... ie the misile tries to fly toward whatever you point the cursor at (the cursor on N64 being static in the centre of the screen)

It was very awkward in multiplayer because you had to stay relatively still whilst using it, because pointing at the wrong spot could cause it to swing around towards you..... There was a small window with a rocket camera in the 1 player part of it though, and aimaing at a huge helicopter is relatively simple.

having more aiming control will make it much much easier though
