I would guess that the insider you talked to doesn't know the full details himself. My take is that something along the lines could be happening between IW and Ninty, but what exactly is kinda unknown.
The positive that I can gather for sure is that IW is at least thinking about a Wii game (if your insider actually works for IW then it's pretty much a given) and rest is just speculation.
