Do you think Diablo 3 should have Enigma/Teleport?

Trangs was the "inexpensive" way to get a Summonancer made though.

Getting a Homunculus/Spirit, Shako, Enigma, Arachs, Maras, GC's, etc... were way too much of a hassle for most players.
