Whoa how does PS1 go against SNES? Seriously that's stupid they're totally different, sure Nintendo did basically go to Sony cause they wanted a disc based SNES but generations are judged by time and it ended up being N64 vs PS1 vs Saturn. N64 being delayed because Nintendo didn't trust Sony especially after Sony wanted the royalties to games developed on the system, when all Nintendo wanted was a partner to help them develop a disc based system not some kind of partnership or anything.
