Will RE5 PS3 outsell RE4:Wii ?

I believe that the sales for the PS3 RE5 may be close to the Wii RE4, but it might sadly be a bit off...which would be a tell-tale sign that the series might need an identity check. The question "what is an RE game really?" needs to be answered, and soon. Is it a shooter or a survival-horror game?

If the biggest complaint becomes the controls, then Capcom really needs to update those as well...oh boy.

I guess we will only know once the game comes out.

 

If the big complaint is controls, then the wii is obviously the solution. But, the complaints are more than that. Its not survival horror as much anymore as it is a fps. They need to get back to the low ammo, fewer enemies, but creepier settings/enemy battles.

 

I think a new RE in the form of the first or second would be the best bet for capcom. And, put it on the wii with the superior controls.
