I think WM+ integration will be instead of a price drop.
They will remove Wii Sports from new consoles and make it a retail item, replacing it with Wii Sports Resort. They will include WM+ in all new Wii-remotes, possibly built into the controller, not just the add-on in the box.
The reason I believe this is because Nintendo have spoken about how WM+ was how they intended the Wii controls to be from the start, but the cost was too much. Once it is released they will want to get it out to as many people as possible, it will be their Wii 1.5, which will justify keeping the price the same as before, it will also possibly boost sales in Japan.
WM+ will be like the DSi, it's essentially the same product, just with a bit more polish and Nintendo have shown that this is the business model they prefer. Don't drop prices, just add features, similar to what Apple do.
