I simply have more faith in the development of InFamous then I do in Prototype. This may be because I feel all Multiplatform games are always sub par or a little disappointing. Most MP games fall into mediocrity. Sony has been on a role with their exclusives as well. This is in no way fact of what will actually come of these games.
